Our Erasmus+ journey officially began in Riga, Latvia, as participants from different countries arrived with excitement, curiosity, and the anticipation of meeting the people who would soon become part of their shared experience.

After long travels and first introductions, the group finally gathered together for the very first time. What started as unfamiliar faces and different backgrounds slowly transformed into conversations, laughter, and the first moments of connection that would shape the atmosphere of the entire youth exchange.

In the evening, participants shared a welcoming dinner, creating a relaxed and friendly space to get to know one another beyond names and nationalities. Stories were exchanged, first impressions were formed, and the energy of the group immediately reflected the spirit of Erasmus+, bringing young people together through dialogue, openness, and intercultural connection.

Later, the facilitators introduced the program and gave participants an overview of the upcoming days, including the learning activities, workshops, and experiences planned throughout the project. The session helped participants understand the goals of the youth exchange while building excitement for the journey ahead.

As the day came to an end, participants spent time in informal conversations, slowly becoming more comfortable within the group and preparing themselves for the meaningful experiences, challenges, and friendships that awaited them in the coming days.

A new city, new people, and a new shared adventure had officially begun.
