From Long Journeys to New Friendships: Our First Day in Riga

Our Erasmus+ journey officially began as participants arrived in the beautiful city of Riga, Latvia. After a long journey, everyone finally gathered at the venue, excited to start the youth exchange and meet fellow participants from different countries.

In the evening, the group came together for a shared meal, providing a relaxed opportunity to get to know one another and start building connections. Participants introduced themselves, exchanged first impressions, and began forming the friendships that would shape the experience throughout the project.

Following dinner, the facilitators introduced the overall programme and presented the schedule for the upcoming days. This session provided participants with an overview of the planned activities, learning objectives, and expectations for the youth exchange.

After spending some time in informal conversations and getting familiar with the group, participants concluded the day with some well-deserved rest, preparing for the exciting learning experiences that would follow in the days ahead.
