The day began with a group discussion on traditional and modern approaches to building community resilience. Participants explored how communities have historically addressed challenges and compared these approaches with contemporary strategies. After the initial discussion, participants were divided into smaller groups to research and present examples of both traditional and modern resilience practices. The session concluded with a reflection on Bhutan’s innovative mindfulness city project, which combines traditional values with modern urban planning to strengthen community well-being.

Following this session, participants moved on to planning their own Erasmus+ project ideas. Working in small groups, they brainstormed potential youth exchange projects that address real challenges faced in their communities. Each group developed a brief project outline that included the main objectives, potential participants, and suggested activities. The groups then presented their ideas to the rest of the participants, encouraging discussion and feedback.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted to digital storytelling. Participants were divided into four teams and tasked with creating different types of materials to raise awareness about resilience. One team designed an informational leaflet, while another created a photo post highlighting the cultural nights of the exchange. A third team produced a motivational video focused on mental health, and the final team developed short educational videos demonstrating appropriate responses during natural disasters. This activity encouraged participants to combine creativity with communication skills while addressing important social topics.

The evening program continued with another cultural night, hosted by the Lithuanian and Italian teams. The participants introduced elements of their cultures through presentations, interactive quizzes, traditional dances, and songs. The evening also included an opportunity to taste homemade traditional dishes, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere that strengthened intercultural connections among the group.

As on previous days, the program concluded with national team reflections and a leaders’ meeting. During these sessions, participants shared feedback about the day’s activities and discussed preparations for the final day of the project.

Overall, the day was both productive and inspiring, combining thoughtful discussions, creative collaboration, and intercultural exchange.
